Do you deliver the scooter to my hotel?

YES .We deliver in hotels from Playa Mujeres, Cancun, Puerto Morelos Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Your scooter will be delivered in the lobby upon your arrival at the resort, hotel.
Our delivery times are from 09:00 am to 9.00 pm, 7 days a week. 365 days at the year

Do I need to be present to receive the scooter?

Yes, you or another person in your family or group need to personally receive the scooter, wheelchair or any equipment that you rent, to sign the disclaimer letter and make the payment.

Do I need to notify the hotel that I am renting a scooter or wheelchair?

Yes, it is important that you inform Concierge/Guest Services so that they authorize our access to the hotel lobby

Is there a minimum or maximum number of days for scooter/wheelchair rental?

You can rent from 1 day ,then feel free to request a quote for as many days as you need.

How long do the batteries last?

The battery capacity in miles/km for each model is specified in the characteristics of each scooter. Range depends on battery type, driver weight, terrain traveled and ambient temperature.
We recommend charge the batteries every night with the supplied battery charger to always start the day with 100% battery power.

Can I use the scooter in the rain/water?

No, direct exposure to water may cause electronic and mechanical malfunction of the equipment. This could cause damage to the electronic components.
